Now, with over 22 years of experience in the industry, she has built a salon that has become a true staple in the community, known for its exceptional service, warm atmosphere, and dedication to clients.

Driven by a love for connecting with people and helping them feel their best, Pam has cultivated a loyal following and a team of talented stylists who share her values. Her business isn’t just about great hair; its about building lasting relationships and fostering a sense of belonging for everyone who walks through the door.

Melissa

Melissa's passion for hair started at just 10 years old, when she was cutting her friends hair after school. By 16 she became a licensed cosmetologist, kickstarting a career that now spans over 25 years. throughout her career, Melissa has continuously refined her craft, attending training classes with some of the top educators in the industry, including the renowned Vidal Sassoon in London.

With diverse skill set, Melissa is a well-rounded stylist as they come. She is proficient in a wide range of hair services, from precision cuts and vibrant color to specialized styling. Melissa is also highly trained in multiple types of extensions, offering clients the opportunity to achieve their dream hair with the latest techniques. Melissa’s dedication to excellence ensures every client leaves her chair feeling confident and beautiful.

Tabatha

Tabatha is our team leader at Good Hair Day, she is a key part of our salon family. Tabatha is the driving force behind the smooth operations and welcoming atmosphere at Good Hair Day. With her unwavering dedication, she works to ensure that our clients and salon staff receive the highest level of care and support.

From offering guidance to our staff, or helping clients achieve their best goals, Tabatha’s passion for service and leadership shines through in everything she does. With her warm and approachable demeanor, Tabatha is always ready to assist clients, support the team, and solve problems with ease. She takes pride in creating an environment where both staff and clients can thrive, ensuring everyone who walks through the doors has a positive and uplifting experience. Joni is an Aveda-trained stylist with 14 years of experience in the beauty industry. A proud native Texan, Joni has built a career around her love for hair cutting, specializing in creating flattering precision cuts that enhance each client’s unique style. With a deep understanding of curly hair and a passion for working with all textures. Joni is dedicated to helping clients feel confident and beautiful in their natural hair.

Beyond the chair, Joni is inspired by creativity and culture, drawing energy form their love of K-pop, Beyoncé and the vibrant world of concerts and music festivals. Whether you’re looking for a bold new look or a refined style, Joni brings a personalized touch and a true passion for the craft to every appointment.

 

Kelley

With 20 years of experience in the beauty industry, Kelley has built a career centered on creating beautiful, customized looks that make clients feel their very best. After attending beauty school in East Lansing, Michigan, Kelley spent 10 years with the Regis corporation.

With countless awards and further education and different salon experiences Kelley is now proud to be apart of the Good Hair Day team for the past five years. Specializing in advanced color, hair cutting and styling. Kelley is passionate about helping clients achieve the looks they’ve always dreamed of. Beyond her cosmetology career, she has a background in gymnastics, having competed for 16 years and later coaching.

Paulina

Paulina is a passionate and dedicated hairstylist with over 6 years of experience in the beauty industry, including 3.5 years at Good Hair Day. A second-generation hairstylist, Paulina was born and raised around the beauty industry. Developing her love for cosmetology at an early age. Gaining her cosmetology license in high school she immediately knew that this was the path she wanted to pursue.

Starting out as a person assistant in McLean, Paulina eventually transitioned to Good Hair Day. Good Hair Day is where she grew her knowledge in her craft. Finding her true passion for helping clients look and feel their best. Although Paulina doesn’t specialize in one particular area, she has a interest in extensions. She is always eager to learn new techniques to meet clients needs with a deep love for hair, Paulina brings a personal touch to every service, ensuring each client walks out feeling confident and beautiful.

 

Ashley

With eight years of experience in the hair industry , Ashley has sharpened her passion for creating beautiful, personalized looks. Specializing in blonde highlights, dimensional brunettes and layered haircuts, Ashley loves the artistry behind transforming hair to enhance natural beauty.

After spending 2.5 years as an assistant at Good Hair Day, Ashley began building her own chair, growing a loyal clientele along the way. Her journey into the beauty industry began as a teenager, experimenting with hair and makeup on friends and family, and quickly realizing that this was the career path she was meant to follow.

A proud first generation Guatemalan-American raised in Northern Virginia, Ashley brings a unique perspective and a warm welcoming approach to every service. Outside of the the salon, she enjoys nurturing her plant collection, reading a good book, and catching the latest film in the movie theater.
